Management Resources Group(MRG) was founded in 2000 as a boutique agency, by two Recruiting Industry professionals. By staying a smaller firm we can keep our client roster to a few select companies, allowing us to recruit candidates out of all our clients' top competitors.

We are a national search firm, having sourced and placed candidates for our clients in virtually every state. Our focus is from the District Manager level up to Presidents of companies. We work in all departments be it Accounting, HR/Training, Operations, Franchise Sales or Marketing.

Additionally, we have a specialty focusing on product development/apparel design and manufacturing positions in retail.

We consider ourselves a client driven company... focusing on the specific needs of our clients, and finding the best talent for those needs. Once we have a profile of what our client is looking for, we begin to search all their competitors for the top talent in the industry.We utilize the relationships we have built up over more than a decade in recruiting to allow us to identify all the top performers in the industry,and contact them on our clients behalf.

Every year we fill positions for our clients that they themselves classify as"Hard to Fill". Often we are asked by our clients to perform confidential searches where we cannot disclose the client to candidates until the interview stage.
